Well, I've been doing a lot of searching around for wild shapes on my druid lately, but I can't think of any feline forms that aren't in the CRB. They did get most of the different predator cats into the book if you consider they state the stats for the leopard should be used for mountain lions, panthers and such. Although you did miss the regular cat from the familiar section. Not useful for combat, but if you're trying to sneak about a city, there aren't too many places where a stray cat would seem out of place.
EDIT - Did a quick search, and looks like Frog God Games has some new cats in their Tome of Horrors Complete, but as for Paizo products, the Dire Tiger looks to be the best combat cat.
