Hi,
I have a compsognathus as a familiar.
1) Can it get out of a familiar satchel without assistance?
2) Which of the following can it do?
a) Carry a locket of smelling salts around its neck and wake me up if I go unconscious?
b) Carry 2 clw-potions tied to it. On its sides, for example?
c) Feed me the clw-potions when I'm down?

Unfortunately, literally none of those are covered by RAW, so they are entirely in the realm of GM decision. Therefore I will answer them how I personally would rule them.
1) Yes, so long as the case was not locked or made airtight (for swimming)
2a) Yes. I see nothing wrong with this since smelling salts doesn't require an action or manipulation to use.
2b) Yes, so long as it doesn't over-encumber it.
2c) Yes, but only in the case of reviving a downed player. No, gaining free actions by having your familiar feed you potions during combat.
