Question on two natural attacks?

Looking at a Troll.

bite +8 (1d8+5), 2 claws +8 (1d6+5)

Does the troll get to perform the bite and 2 claws with one full round attack? Or one standard action? Or does she have to choose?

You can only ever get multiple attacks as part of a full attack unless something else (like Manyshot) says otherwise. As a standard action it would have to choose 1 of them.

On a standard action, one would be picked (lots of monsters have one that's clearly better than others, but if not you can just pick a random one).

On a full attack, you use all of the attacks at their listed bonus-- no loss like weapon attack iteratives.
