I understand that the orders are split up by weight to minimize costs, but... why were my promo cards from the Pathfinder card game subscription shipped separately instead of being tucked into the subscription item as usual?
There were three other packages, which is the total number the original order pending email said to expect, and the weight difference could have been made up by taking out at most two of the polystyrene packing bits that the boxes normally contain.

Yup we had a couple weird corner cases where promo cards tried to ship alone. I actually saw this one when I was helping the warehouse get some of the Battles cases into the queue and it was far easier for us to scan the cards like they shipped alone but put them into one of the other packages. I meant to shoot you an email about it but then got distracted. I'm so sorry for the confusion!
