Proficiency 2

Has anyone seen Proficiency 2 training? Anyone attached to a settlement beyond 8 finding it anywhere? I see people are using Tier 2 equipment, isn't proficiency 2 required to benefit from it?

From the upcoming patch notes:

'Changed level 4-6 attack requirements so the appropriate weapon proficiency is required for the level 4 of the attack rather than level 5 and increased the attack bonus requirements by one at each level.'

If there are any developers on will we be able to buy the appropriate weapon proficiency with the new build? Can you confirm that it was not available in Alpha 11?

I'm debating if I should buy those level 4's now while I still can.

I think Armor/Implement Proficiencies will become available when Player Settlements start getting their bonus for controlling Towers.

I trained "medium armor 2" and "whatever the archery one is 2" at pheonix pass.

You should find Prof 2 at the various trainers

Dreadnaught has the Armour 2 Profs (and possibly weapon 2 profs)

Seminary has Focus 2 Prof

Skirmish Has Light Weapon and Bow Profs

Are you suggesting this is the case right now in the current build? Or is this just a general answer to where they will be found once they're in-game?

When I checked last night, I still did not see Cloth Armor Proficiency 2 on the War Wizard trainer in Phaeros.

I think that they are aware that not being able to progress is killing enthusiasm for some.

Short Bow prof 2 should be in Skirmish, and require 25 Subterfuge.

Check in the Not Available Tab as you might not meet a requirement.

Though it could be mis-placed into Dreadnaught

It's not on dreadnaught, skirmisher or fighter trainers as far as I can see.

Then I would call it a missing feat for now until they put it in.
So pick up the Prof 2 Rogue feats that you can for now.

I'm in Thornkeep and as of yesterday I could not get even Power 9 training - maybe if you are member of a settlement you have more luck?

I think ThornKeep may be the ONLY NPC settlement where the Prof 2 availability is false.
You MOST LIKELY need to travel to another NPC settlement.

If the NPC settlement is Marked with a Star on the Map, 100% that it'll have it,
If the NPC settlement is marked with a Circle on the Map, It's Unconfirmed that they have it.
