The class feature the thunderstriker has states this
"At 17th level, a thunderstriker no longer suffers two-weapon fighting penalties when using a buckler as his off-hand weapon."
Does this include the penalties associate with the feats that grant extra attacks with your off-hand weapon?
"You get a third attack with your off-hand weapon, albeit at a –10 penalty."(greater two-weapon fighting)
It seems to me that they might be separate mechanics, and therefore the feat penalty would apply, but I wasn't sure, so I thought I'd ask.
