Are you looking for something free?
There are lots of options out there. The most popular is probably Guild Launch. If you're wanting a more general forum, I've used Freeforums in the past, it's basically a bb3 forum with some modifications for ease of use.
If you're wanting a standalone website, I recommend anyone but FatCow, T7V used to use them and had numerous problems with outages and performance. I've used iPage for websites in the past and was impressed. l would then use a bb3 forum, if your are looking for a free platform, but if you don't mind spending some more money XenForo is pretty nice and powerful (T7V is using it now), and it has a great add-on community.

Sunholm currently uses Guildlaunch, and I cannot recommend it. I was in the beta for it some seven years ago....and since then, the PM system is still absolutely terrible.
I have been evaluating Shivtr, and I like it a lot.
I haven't much played with Enjin, but I'm told that will also do the trick if you spend a little time removing the elements of it that you don't use.

Tavernhold uses Enjin. I can't speak for the back-end experience, but from the user side, I've been pretty happy with it.
The app that launches TS3 and connects you to the guild's server with one click is very convenient. Being able to see who's on the TS3 server from the guild page is also nice.
The forums are somewhere between the Alpha Forum and the Paizo Message Board in functionality and ease of use.

I concur with the discommending of FatCow.
Shecuficalky, we used a particular phpBB addon that for some reason used "too much" CPU on the server. The .php file disappeared once, and shortly after being reuploaded the entire site was suspended and held hostage until I agreed to disable the offending script.
If you don't have somebody who knows how to administer a server, I strongly suggest using a site that does all of the management, and accepting the limitations of what they do.

Kabal uses enjin too. I can't comment on the ease of setup, but I do like the notification system, and KarlBob's comments re: TS apply to Mumble as well. I almost think the forums are better in mobile format then desktop. They've got event calendars, member lists, and can link with other communities. If you had a specific question re: admin stuff in enjin, a PM to Pexx or Sunnfire might get some good advice.
