Last week when I knew how much funds I would have available to use for the sale, I tried placing an order of over $700 and every time I would try to place the order the sight would send me to the page that says I needed to log back in.

I ended up reducing my order to around $500 thinking that that was the problem, and it is still happening. I have been trying to place an order all weekend, as per the ad on the main page states the sale goes until November 2nd.... Well it is November 2nd and now almost 8:30pm here is Bellingham and the system still will not let me place an order.

I have been trying everyday for the past four days and still the same issue, no matter what I seem to delete from the order. No it looks like I will unfortunately have to miss out on the sale, unless someone can help me figure this out.... or if I will still be able to place an order at the sale or better pricing. This has been very frustrating and I don't want to have to go elsewhere.

Extremely Frustrated.... but trying to be very patient as I know the company is very busy.


The system has problems with large orders sometimes. Try multiple orders of less than 50 items. That might do it. Once you get them place customer service can combine them into Inge order if it helps with the shipping.

I'm sorry you had issue with the shopping cart. Hawkmoon is correct that extra large orders can cause our order processing system to time out. Looking at your account it looks like you were able to get them submitted last night. Please let us know if you need further assistance with the orders.
