How can i get a human like cohort

how described in the Subject, with which class i can get a humanlike cohort or familiar or ... at least on level 3 ?

I found the Summoner, but i think it is not the right solution.
Did someone know another posibility?

The squire feat or, at 5th level, the torchbearer feat. Perhaps some improved familiars could be magically disguised as human.

there is a splatbook where you could get a pixie familiar. not quite human, but could pass for a halfling with the right items
