Do the Steel Hound qualifies for gunslinger talents?

I am planning a build and I'd like to take "signature deed", the prereq is "Gunslinger 11".
Since I can take deeds at Gunslinger level -4, can I take this feat?
I don't think so, but I'd like your opinion on it.

I think you're right. Of course, if it's a home game, you could always ask your GM if he'll allow you to take Signature Deed.
