Could you please check the status of these orders to make sure everything is okay with them? I understand you can't give me a precise time frame for when they'll ship, but I want to know if anything is possibly holding these orders back from being shipped.
Also, if both orders are okay, would it be possible to combine the orders without putting me at the back of the warehouse's queue? It will save me a little bit on shipping, but I'd rather get them sooner than later.

It looks like one of them was processed for shipping earlier this morning and the other is currently on a packing list to be picked by the warehouse. Sorry that it's too late to combine them!
