I placed this order on October 5th and my status is still sitting in "Pending". Any reason why I've waited nearly 3 weeks when the estimate was 2 to 14 days?


FYI. Today is the 14th Business Day from October 5th. And with the Golem Sale, they are telling folks it may take a bit longer.

Papa_DBR is correct, there are a lot of sale orders going through the warehouse and it looks like some orders will definitely go over the 14 business day estimate. Our warehouse folks are shipping as fast as they can. Thank you in advance for your patience.

After reviewing your order, it looks like everything should be good. I don't see any potential issues with the order. It looks like your order should be good, as soon as the warehouse gets to it in the queue. You should get a confirmation email when your order is processed for shipping.
