Spent thousands of dollars on pathfinder/paizo products and I can't even get them to answer a customer service email within a week.

Oops just read the post where it says Sara is buried under thousands of emails. Sorry for the dwarven fury, I will have an ale and work on improving my patience trait. Sounds like if there are any paizo employees that aren't as busy as Sara maybe they /assist Sara.

Customer service is most definately closed at 7pm pacific time which if I did my math correctly, is when your original post was posted.

point was my customer service email hasn't been answered after a week of waiting, thus "email within a week", but thanks.
You probably have a long wait ahead of you. I've sent in a few e-mails requesting assistance, the first e-mail sent September 2nd, 2014
I have yet to receive a reply to any of them, apart from the automated, "We're busy" message on occasion.
I'm probably going to need to manually call them. I'm patient and all, but even I have my limits.
