I'd prefer not to cancel, but the traffic on these forums is indicative that you need to work on your customer service. 22 days later my order is still pending, and the email inquiry I made 10 days ago remains unanswered. You have fantastic products and the staff present at conventions is first-rate, but your online ordering is lagging behind.
