Dear Customer Service Wizards,
I placed Order #3305735 on October 2, 2014.
When it didn’t ship right away, I thought perhaps it was on hold, waiting to be shipped with my Adventure Path subscription. Unfortunately, AP #87 has shipped, and been delivered, and the shipping status of my previous order still reads "Originally expected to ship in an unknown time frame”
Sent an inquiry email to customer service on October 16. As of October 22nd, I have received no reply. Based on the number of similar posts on this forum, it looks like my situation is not unique. Still, if you have a chance, please check the status of the order for me, so I can at least know I'm still on your radar. Thanks so much.

It looks like everything on your order should be good. I don't see any potential issues. It looks like the warehouse just hasn't quite made it to it in the queue yet. Your are definitely on the radar. Based on the volume of sale orders and your submission date, you should be up soon, I just can's say exactly when. Very sorry for any inconvenience!

And, less than three hours after you posted this, I got notification that my order was expected to ship on Friday. So, for others who ordered on Oct 2nd (and after), remain stalwart. Our Lord Abadar, Protector of the First Vault, has not abandoned you.
