Order 3311629 & Order 3331683 still pending

I was wondering what was going on with my orders 3311629 & Order 3331683. both orders are still pending i can understand why Order 3331683 is still pending as i only just ordered that over the week end. however Order 3311629 was placed on Oct 3rd. i thought it was expected to ship in 2 - 14 business days. we are pushing 12 business days with no notification or update and im wondering whats going on.

also if it wouldn't delay the first order is there any way you can combine them both so they ship together to save on shipping. when placing Order 3331683 i forgot to switch from priority mail to standard. So combine if possible if not can you at least change my shipping option to standard.

It looks like everything on your order should be good and I don't see any potential issues. Most of the Great Golem Sale orders will probably stretch to the longer side of the shipping estimate.
Currently, it is difficult to give great shipping estimates because of the volume of Great Golem Sales in the system. The warehouse is processing everything as quickly and efficiently as they can, but it it will take some time to get everything processed. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

I have combined your orders in one order. It looks like the cheapest shipping method for the combined order is actually Priority (combining them does still save money though). You should get an updated order confirmation email.


i had a small payment issue on order #3311629 a few days ago. mu bank had canceled that card due to possible identity theft and issued a new card. this happened after i placed my order. i immediate rectified the issue and the payment has been authenticating at 0 dollars in my bank acount for days. i know you are busy and completely understand however i just wanted to say that everything is fine and you can charge my card when ready. also just wondering if there were any other delays or problems with the order which is slowing it down.
