Hi, this is my first post to the forums. This is a copy of an email I sent customer service on October 9th. Posting it here in case this is a better way to contact you. Thank you for your time.
"Paizo Customer Service,
My name is Joshua Rodgers and I am emailing you to find out what my options are. I have just purchased a new, sealed in box copy of the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Skull and Shackles from a CoolStuffInc. brick and mortar store in Florida while on vacation and am missing what I guess is 2-3 packs of cards. Our first tip was that there were no ability cards for any of the characters, only a few spells, and zero weapons. My girlfriend and I found an unofficial card list file on Board Game Geek and went through what we have, here are our findings. I am including all of the details because as the manufacturer I assume you can easily see which packs were missing from our copy.
9 out of the 36 character cards. We've played the original and so I'm guessing we are missing the 3 ability cards for each character as we have the character card with the bio on the back for each.
0 base set barriers.
0 base set weapons.
Only 6 of the base set spells including only 1 copy of of Magic Weapon, 2 copies of Phantasmal Minion, 1 copy of Speed, and 2 copies of Strength. Looks like the previous missing pack cut off at Magic Weapon.
About half of the base set monsters are missing. We have, alphabetically, down through Rat Swarm, but are missing Sea Drake through Zombie. I can give a detailed list if necessary.
No Fleet Card.
All Villains, Henchmen, Armors, Locations, Scenarios, Adventure Path, Adventures, Items, Allies, Blessings, and Ships are present and accounted for.
Hopefully I didn't miss anything. I appreciate your time and consideration.

Hi Joshua,
I'm sorry we haven't responded to your email yet! We've had an extremely high volume of inquiries, and it taking us longer that we would like to get caught up on emails.
As you have purchased this item through another retailer, your first step should be to go to the original retailer for an exchange for replacement (they then get a replacement or credit from their distributor, who gets a replacement or credit from us).
If they are unwilling or unable to assist you for some reason, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do to assist you further.
