This order was set to ship with my sub for this month, but it looks like it didn't. If that is the case, and it is still at the warehouse, please cancel this order. I will not need it by the time November shipments happen, and paying separate shipping will negate the golem sale discount to get it here sooner.

It looks like it was probably submitted to the sidecart right after the subscription order was generated, so they did not sync up to ship together for this month. For future reference, if your subscription order has already been generated for the month, items need to be combined with that order, instead of with the sidecart.
