Order #3197270 - Wrong Contents

I have just received my subscription with Add on deck and Adventure Deck 2, unfortunately AD2: Raiders of the Fever Sea contained the Character Add-On Deck contents.

We have been waiting really long time for this package and I'm a bit upset. Can you tell me what can we do in this topic? I don't need two characted add-on but I would love the AD2.

I will be very grateful for your help.

Customer Service is currently working through a backlog of emails. I am sorry your emails were caught up in that. When we reached the email from September the order had already shipped at which time you would have received a shipping email. While we try to respond to every email, in the interest of trying to get through our backlog as fast as possible some have been moved directly to finished. I apologize for the extra confusion and frustration this has caused you.

Your second email is still in our queue however, since it is inquiring about the arrival of an order which has now arrived, I'll respond to your current inquiry here.

Sometimes printing errors happen during manufacturing such as packaging mix ups.
I will have a replacement deck #2 sent out to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for the reply. Can you tell me when approximately you're going to send the ad2? Please send me information when you send it. The shopping itself takes about a month.

It looks like the warehouse processed it earlier this afternoon. You should have gotten a shipping confirmation email at that time.
