Ok, I've had a chance to cool off now.

Sharaya responded to another post of mine and it made me think. Canceling the orders would cause more work at this point on everyone than just leaving it alone. This is not the fault of anyone at the warehouse, and certainly not anyone in customer service.

Sorry for the delay in responding to you before! The phones have been crazy with the sale, so it's been hard to get caught up on the messageboards. Thanks for the update. I've combined what I can into one order (and made a small change to one of the orders that already shipped). You should get a couple of updated order confirmation emails.
