Meh. They were released at GenCon. There was nothing stopping players from taking pictures of the scenarios and posting them anywhere, so I don't see why it would stop anyone from posting anything else.
There's just not a good "brief description" of the scenarios anywhere right now, and I'm not that good at summarizing things.

Descriptions of any sort will provide minor spoilers for previous adventures as they are closely linked chronologically. If this isn't an issue your best bet would be to get the first paragraph from each scenario and cut it down and post that. The write ups are very brief, you can't do too long of a description without giving away most of the scenario (they are on average two paragraphs long).
Personally I would use the adventure text and write up a general description of what is happening for all of 0-1a through 0-1f and then just mark each session with the specific title and let imagination fill in the blanks.
Tanis, can we have some advertising text for these soon, sort of like the teasers that PFS scenarios have? Really one or two sentences that we can cut and paste would be dandy. I would be happy to help XP out and write up something, but it isn't clear if that would violate anything.
