Ordered Saturday, still listed as "Pending" and I have yet to be charged for it.

Haven't heard a response yet, and looking at the board today you guys are probably swamped but I just want to revoice my concerns from my previous post. My order is still listed as pending and my card has yet to be charged. Is everything ok with the order? Anything I can do to help?

Hi Icoleon,
It looks like we have a inventory issue with one of the items on your order. Specifically, the Ancient Forest Map Pack. That should not have been set to being backorderable, so the system has been having some trouble processing things. I have cancelled that from the order and it looks like the rest of the items should be good to go.
The warehouse has a lot of sale orders to process right now. They are working on get those shipped out as quickly as they can, but I do not have an exact ETA at this point. You should get a confirmation email when it ships.
