Recently I got my hands on PDFs for the following.
Pathfinder Player Companion: Pirates of the Inner Sea
Pathfinder Player Companion: People of the North
I have so many choices for characters now that I don't know what to do xD
Do I make a Pirate? Do I make a marauding Viking or Skald!?!
I love this game :3

So a Viking Pirate Skald xD
One thing I was wondering about Multiclassing was the class skills. Does the character retain the class skills of their previous class when they take a new level in a new class with different class skills?
If they do, then I don't see why I could try a multiclass of all three. Though I may just make three separate characters with each class.

Cowboy Ninja Viking works....why not Viking Pirate Skald?
And class skills remain class skills when you multiclass, as you would hope.

Well then. It would appear that I will be making a Viking Pirate Skald. Question is, how many levels of each class to take?
Although I think a more proper term would be Skald Viking Pirate.
Either way, I'll also need something that would help in getting rid of those Arcane Spell Failure chances when I multiclass into the Viking class and get access to a heavier armor, so the character could also still cast their Skald spells.

I also recommend giving Skinwalkers a read, as the main character is a pirate-viking, and the skald elements are not far away. Reading the various Pathfinder Tales is really helpful in inspiring me to make new characters while also getting a nice in-character view of the setting.
Just be warned that the novel is a bit on the gory side.

When I get a moment I'll give them a look. I don't mind Gory, I've seen more Japanese Gore Movies than I'd care to admit (though they always seem more hilarious than anything.)
Right now I'm looking at doing
Skald 2nd Level
Viking 2nd Level
Rogue (pirate) 1st Level
or
Skald 3rd Level
Viking 1st Level
Rogue (pirate) 1st Level
then hitting the Prestige class of Ulfen Guard from the 5th to 6th level.

I may be reading it wrong but the Viking archetype is not proficient with heavy armor, and Skalds have no ASF in medium armor, so this is not something you need to worry about.
However, if they were, one solution( quite expensive ) is getting mithral armor to treat your heavy armor as medium and thus getting no ASF.
