i was just curious on the status of my order. I setup this subscription order on Monday for the ACG starting with adventure deck 2 and as of right now the order is still pending. I just wanted to make sure that everything with my subscription was fine and if possible an ETA on when the order will go through.

Just wondering if I can get a status update as to why my subscription order is still pending. It's been almost a week so far and still no update.

Hi Vexian,

The warehouse is still in the process of shipping October subscription orders. The started shipping October subscriptions orders on the 8th and it usually takes a couple of weeks to process all of the subscription orders each month. Your order looks like it's part of that queue and should ship any time.
