I received my shipment last night, but contents inside AD2 were replaced with char add-on deck. (i.e. I have duplicate of add-on decks now)

Please send a replacement for AD2.

Since there is report of another case like mine, could you please kindly double check the content before delivering?
Since I am in Tokyo, it will be two more weeks of waiting...

Though this is my 1st time ordering,
So many problems have occurred..
And there are no response to both my post and e-mail.

You could see duplicate of 'Damiel deck' and 'Fireblade deck'
It's been two days without any reply from neither mail nor here.
Are there anything wrong? Should I submit this case somewhere else?


You just need to give them time to respond. And don't bump your thread back up. They work from bottom to top, so every time you post, it can delay their response. (Sorry I just posted now and delayed it a bit, but I figured knowing was better than not knowing.)

I hope it gets resolved for you soon.

Look like I got e-mail from Sharaya this morning.

Was frustated because I just relocated to Tokyo and friends are going to visit me next week. Thought we could run through AD2 together, but seems like it won't arrive in time.
