Imperious Sorceror Bloodline problem

Advanced Race Guide: Sorcerer Bloodline: Imperious: grants "Prediction of Failure" as a known spell at level 8. This spell is in Ultimate Magic but is not legal for PFS because target may gain a spellblight and spell which grant a spellblight are not legal.

So this bloodline grants an illegal spell?

It comes in at level 17; the spell level is eighth. It might just be an oversight since the spell is outside of normal PFS play.

But PFS might be played in modules that do go beyond level 11.

Either:

1) the bloodline does grant an otherwise illegal spell (as an exception)
2) the bloodline is illegal because the spell is illegal
3) the spell is simply not granted (or possibly replaced with something else)

Only important to sanctioned modules though. I hope Paizo updated this.
