So a potion of infernal healing grants fast healing 1 for 1 minute and costs about 50gp
A vial of Hemochem (I) grants fast healing 1 for 1 minute and costs about 250 gp
Hemochem can but put inside a medlance to be utilized in a move action, but I'm not seeing a large benefit. This is fine for technological flavor, but I'd be hard pressed to see the advantages of hemochem when both are purchasable at the same store other than flavor novelty.
Any GM thoughts?

Makes sense from an RP standpoint, but I basically let it slide for my players that they could get all healing potions of 1st level as well as healing alchemical reagents at tempting tonics. In addition to the nifty pharmaceuticals. When a player asked about the point of hemochem vs a potion of infernal healing it struck me.
I may have her out of stock next time, but I guess that is a rarity markup as opposed to cost-mechanical point of view.

Infernal healing wasn't introduced as something that was supposed to be a widely available store bought item…it's kind of like dervish dance, just because it exists in this one remote area doesn't mean everyone knows about it or instantly learns it.
More reasonably, In numeria they have memo chem, in cheliax they have infernal healing.
Since there is literally an abundance of diabolical spell casters in Cheliax, you could possibly but that potion for 50 gold.
In numeria, they have barely if ever seen a pot of IH, but the hemochem is rare, as it's either a preserved specimen thousands of years old, or very hard to replicate in a society that barely understands things like advanced medicine and chemistry.
Thus the difference in price is mostly due to it's rarity.
In numeria, there would be exponentially less creators of IH pots, who were far les comfortable mass producing them, which would cause the economic differences in price between the two to level out.
IF, in game, the PCs found the font of never ending memo chem… and then started bottling and selling the stuff, over time, a simple bottle of the stuff wouldn't be as valuable as it was from the start.
