Is there a pdf table tracker out there that lists the new factions? Some of my players aren't always sure what to mark and I don't want to keep having to explain it.

It is not your responsibility to remember your players' factions. The Guide is a free download, and the assumption must be that all players have read it. If you're tired of being helpful, simply stop.

Scarzini didn't change, it retired. Its vanities etc aren't available anymore.

and I feel your pain, as I have to explain it at almost every table - though the last two tables had beginners who had never heard of the old factions (yeah, that knew), and so didn't have a clue what to mark.
