wild shape grab bonus

Hello guys, need your knowledge please.

Beast shape II via wildshape, you gain grab. So far so good.

Question, do you gain these bonus?

"Creatures with the grab special attack receive a +4 bonus on combat maneuver checks made to start and maintain a grapple."

It would seem so. You gain the Grab special ability on the attacks so I see no reason you would not gain the +4.
