Does the Silence Spell stop a Witches Cackle?
Pathfinder Maps, Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Maps, Starfinder Roleplaying Game, Starfinder Society Subscriber

RAW does not say one way or the other.

My opinion (please note I state an opinion, not a fact) would be that anything that prevents a witch from making a proper cackling sound would also prevent the cackle hex from working.
