I ask this because of two reasons primarily. I've seen in the past people turn dump stats into absolutely enjoyable aspects of their characters. One was a half-orc monk with dumped INT and CHA scores, and it was a blast playing with the guy. He basically unwittingly became the henchman of another player, and ended up getting some hilarious results from his intimidate skill.
Another is an idea I've been bouncing in my own head of a Nagaji summoner with a dump-stat of intelligence, who uses their eidolon as a flank buddy, and I'm just thinking of how irritated the eidolon would be, having to take care of someone genuinely dumber than they are and one good intelligence drain from being considered of animal intelligence. Add on top of this that the nagaji would have high charisma, and you'd basically have the lizard-character in the party playing the role of the ditz in the group.
So what are some idea's you've had for characters with incredibly high or low Intelligence, Strength, Charisma, or any other ability score?

I haven't played him much yet, but I have a gnome bloodrager I made for PFS who dumped wisdom. He is totally naive about almost everything. With a high charisma and ranks in diplomacy he is cute, funny, and easy to get along with. His decent intelligence means he knows about magic and how it works, but he is clueless about everything else. Anytime something strange happens, he assumes it's normal and is completely unaware of social custom.
I love playing him because he brings such a light-hearted and almost child-like feel to the game. He's like the party's silly little brother ^_^

I recently threw together a build as a suggestion for a Pirate Captain Bard that used two of my favorite ability-skewing devices: a level of Nature Oracle and Dual Talent. Enter a voodoo-themed Shackles Bard Pirate Captain with 18 strength, 18 charisma, and 7 dexterity - an unholy terror of a Pirate who shambles around like he's forgotten how to move his body yet dodges blows like they never happened, and is tougher to trip or grapple than a boulder. Throw in Intimidating Prowess, and you've got a character who has an Intimidate roll that's unreal. When he lurches around all uncoordinated it's not funny or sad or pathetic, its terrifying.
