I started a Pathfinder Adventure Card Game subscription on 21st September. I got confirmation that the Character Add on pack and promos were shipping last week. I think that the 2nd adventure pack is in stock so wondered when that might get shipped. Sorry for bothering you with this but I would appreciate knowing when I am likely to get it.

Hi Mike,
There's an issue in the system that is allowing the Character Add-On Deck to still be up as a starting option longer than it should have been. It should have switched to starting with Deck 2 or Deck 3 after we started the September order spawning on the 15th.
This means that the system is letting people start subscriptions with the Character Add-On Deck, but it hasn't been getting synced up with Deck 2 because the timing is off.
To make sure things get set up correctly, we've been manually adding Deck 2 to accounts in this situation. So, I can either set up the order for Deck 2 to ship as soon as it can, or create it in your sidecart to ship with Deck 3 in November. Just let me know which option you would prefer, and we'll get it taken care of.
