I'm looking to make a Wild Child Brawler from the ACG. Cavaliers and Monks are my favorite classes so I wanted to make a cool Martial Combo. I'm looking to teach my Animal Companion to Flank ASAP to mitigate my brawler flurry (-2/-2). I will use Unarmed Strike (Maybe get a tonfa). I'm building this for a possible future campaign because my party I DM will finish RotRL soon.
Any advice to make this build more efficient? What feat should my AC get? Better AC? Good class dip?
Ill - Human Wild Child 1
(Lose All Bonus Feats; Close Weapon Mastery)
(Gains Full Animal Companion; Gains Skirmisher Hunter Tricks; AC learns Combat Maneuvers)
Stats (20 Pt. Buy Human)
STR 18 DEX 14 CON 13 INT 10 WIS 10 CHA 12
Originally had 14 Con 10 mental stats, but I wanted a higher Handle Animal. Any suggestions/convincing of dumpstats welcome.
AC 16 HP 12 (+2 Dex/Chain Shirt)
Attack
Unarmed Stike +5 (1d6+4)
Feats down the line
1 - Power Attack, Undersized Mount (Dat med mount)
3 - Improved Trip
5 - Dodge
7 - Extra Martial Flexibility
9 and up - ???
Maybe Mobility, Jabbing Style, and some others.
Hunter Tricks
5 - Deft Stand
8 - Upending Strike
11 - Rattling Strike
14 - Vengeance Strike
Javan - Rhinocerous 1
AC 16 HP 15
STR 14 DEX 14 CON 15 INT 2 WIS 13 CHA 5
I can't take power attack at level 1, so I wonder what a good level 1 feat for a medium riding animal would be.
Level 1 Feat - ???

I don't understand how the prereqs work for giving this feat to an animal companion, but instead of teaching him flank and then getting him to flank, you could pick up Pack Flanking from the ACG and then just go to town on people, regardless of positioning.
Oh, wow. I missed that when I was looking through the feat section. That's a great third level feat. There's so much cool new stuff like the 1/day 1 minute Enlarge Animal Companion neck item. It will take so long to get through all this cool stuff.
