I hate to post this here, as I've already sent two emails to customer service, especially at a time when you folks are really busy. However, it's been two weeks and the most response I've gotten is "we'll get to you eventually". I really need some attention on this.
A few days after placing order 3284119, I received a package but the order inside was intended for a customer in Kansas. The order # on the paperwork was order # 3287041.
I would really like my PACG play mat instead, as it cost about 10x what the other customer paid for the module that arrived at my doorstep.
