I hate to post this here, as I've already sent two emails to customer service, especially at a time when you folks are really busy. However, it's been two weeks and the most response I've gotten is "we'll get to you eventually". I really need some attention on this.
A few days after placing order 3284119, I received a package but the order inside was intended for a customer in Kansas. The order # on the paperwork was order # 3287041.
I would really like my PACG play mat instead, as it cost about 10x what the other customer paid for the module that arrived at my doorstep.
Sorry about that! A replacement order for the PACG play mat has been set up. We'll get it shipped out as soon as we can.
Keep the misshipped item with our apologies. We'll get the other order to the correct place as well.
