I am sure there are some people who have. It shouldn't be too hard to just substitute 5th edition adversaries for most of the pre-APG APs, but it may be a bit more work with the APs that include the classes from APG and UM, and any monsters that aren't already in the 5th edition MM.

My only concern would be some of the lower level monsters seem more dangerous in 5E. Goblins, for instance, are +4 to hit and do 1d6+2 damage vs the +2 to hit and 1d4 damage of PF. Might make some situations, like the early parts of Rise of the Runelords, a lot more lethal. You'd either have to change up the numbers or really play up the "goblin antics" (ie terrible tactics) or risk some PC deaths in the initial raid.
Another option, I suppose, would be to leave the numbers as-is and maybe start the PCs at 2nd or 3rd level.

Its been said that levels 1 and 2 are more "apprentice levels". Thats why it requires so little XP to level up at those levels. Thats even what the Player's Handbook calls them.
In the first tier (levels 1-4), characters are effectively apprentice adventurers. They are learning the features that define them as members of particular classes, including the major choices that flavor their c1ass features as they advance (such as a wizard's Arcane Tradition or a fighter's Martial Archetype). The threats they face are relatively minor, usually posing a danger to local farmsteads or villages.
They aren't full-fledged adventures yet. They are still learning the basics.

I'm aware of that. I'm just saying starting a AP written for 3.5/PF at 1st level in 5E could result in unintended lethality because low-level monsters are more dangerous in comparison. The options are to either adjust the encounters or start at higher than 1st level.

Unless you play up the mentally unstable aspect of the goblins in Pathfinder, and only making them truly act every other turn (one round only 2 actually do something while the others are being idiotically insane, next round those 2 are being insane (if they survive) while some of the others actually do stuff, etc).
