It looks like the Warpaints: Quick Shade Ink Set that were added to the order on the 18th have a Product Availability of "ships from our warehouse in 4 to 11 business days," which can be seen in the product description. It looks like that item is currently on the way to us from a distributor and your order should be able to ship as soon as that comes in.

Had I known you did not have it in YOUR warehouse I most likely would not have added it to this order, as now I'm almost two weeks behind on the rest of my order.

When adding to subscription orders, it is generally good to double check the product availability times to be aware of how it may affect your subscription order.

If you want to make any changes to the order, please let us know. For example, we could move the paints back to the sidecart to ship with a future subscription order, or move them to a separate order to ship so that items ship as they become available.


Two weeks later, and now not only has it not shipped, I check the status and it just says "not in the warehouse" with NO email or head's up other than the one on the order page. What is the status of this order, other than "maybe one day you'll see it, maybe not"?

You know what? Just cancel the order for the Ink set entirely. Cancel it and refund my money for both the item and the nearly $14 in shipping for a $20 product. I've held this set in my hands in a local store since I've tried to place this order. I'll just get it there, or Amazon, or ANYWHERE else.

I'm sorry that we did not see your post sooner. It looks like your order was processed for shipping on Monday. At this time it is too late to cancel it. If you do not want it when it arrives, please refuse delivery on the package and we can refund the purchase cost of the items when they make it back to us.
