More specifically, do these even exist? I have a fighter mage and have found a mini that I want to use. The problem is I have been unable to find any fighter-mage minis that I like. So, the one I picked was a fighter. My question is, is there anywhere I could buy attachments to glue to the miniature? More specifically a spellbook? That way I can add the mage element to a fighter mini and have the best of both worlds.

The easiest way to find things like this are to search the reaper site for "book": This Mini comes in two pieces as referenced in " Note: Gem (not shown) and Bible included in blister." Now look down further "P59001B: Sprue $1.01" you can buy the sprue with just the book and the Gem (and maybe the hand holding each) for 1.01 + shipping.
There are quite a few like that which you can buy bits and pieces from the boneyard cheaply.

Unfortunately, the boneyard does not seem to have images for most of the items. I'm not really sure that I would want to order something before I can really see what it looks like. The only book I could find on there that had an image was part of a 7 dollar set (which is more than the character) and had a demon face (which is more demonic magics than generic spellbook). But thanks for the suggestion. Any other ideas out there?

Reaper has a great set of various things to add onto adventurers. I know it is $9 but I have used several of these packs customizing figures.

If the mini you have has an open hand, you could get a reaper flaming sphere and glue(plastic main mini) or green stuff (metal) on the sphere, I got my spheres in a pack of three from a third party, and they are big, so there may be balance issues if you use a lighter main mini. The spheres are translucent red and paintable.

I got home and realized the sphere is way too big for that, but you could cut off the wisp of fire at the top. Also, if you don't mind cutting up a different mini, the red wizard mini from the new dnd icons booster set has great magic hands, might be able to snag one for an ok price on ebay. Looking at the red wiz I have,.his right hand looks like it could pop off, and with a good glue, no need to repaint. On a side note, I do not recommended buying a booster for that icons line, especially for pc minis, imo there are only two good and one exceptional pc minis in the set, and the red wiz is the standout.'ll
