A couple of order queries - Mainly order number 3222895

Morning all,

I have a couple of queries that Im hoping someone can have a look at for me.

Easy one first - Order number 3172659 has been pending for some time, but I thought everything for it was ready to go. Is there a hold up on this, or is it waiting for September Subscriptions or something?

Other one - Order number 3222895 is for my August subscriptions, which was delayed to due to all the assorted problems that month had, which is absolutely fine by me. However, it still hasnt arrived. Worringly I have recieved order 3269467 which shipped after it, and that was recieved some time ago. I know Im international, so shipping can take a while, but am starting to become concerned. Would someone be able to have a quick look to make sure everything is ok at your end - and it isnt a shipping label thats fallen down the back of a desk or something

Morning Ben,

As for order 3172659, it looks like things are good. The warehouse is still in the process of shipping September subscription orders and pre-orders. Combined this order and your subscription order into one order to minimize shipping costs. (IE - Order 3172659 had enough stuff on it that it is cheaper to sent it priority rather than several smaller packages going standard). You should get an email confirming the updated order information.

As for order 3222895, it looks like it should have shipped. It does seems like some larger packages can, on some occasions, take slightly longer to clear customs. I'll try to do some digging and see if I can find out any more information.
