I have already written to customer services about this problem three times over the past month all to no avail... perhaps I will get a response via the public forums.

The Technology Guide I received as part of this order was not a Brand New copy and instead had the word SAMPLE written twice in green ink over the the title page. You obviously seem to have some quality control issues. Please could I have the Brand New copy I ordered. Thank you.

I'm sorry that we haven't responded to your email yet. We've been receiving an unusually high volume of emails over the summer. We're trying to help everyone as quickly and as well as we can...it's just taking longer than we would like to get to everyone.

I've set up a replacement order for you and you should soon get an email confirming the order information. Thanks for sending the picture. I'll pass that along to the warehouse.
