It won't do as much damage as the PF martial classes, but it did not do as much damage as the 3.5 martial classes either. It's main thing is being versatile.
One thing I changed was to allow it get any combat feats with its bonus feats, but it counts effective fighter level is equal to its warblade level -4.
I played one as a GMPC, and no I did not give my guy any special favors like some GM's do. I took him out of the game as soon as I could, but all I had him do was damage. He held up well.
The crusader also works well.
I never tried a swordsage, but I ran for one as a GM. It was ok, but I still think it needs a way to boost its attack bonus. I may be wrong since I did not really cared for it enough to take an in depth look at it.

I would just use the Path of War classes, they are more in line with Pathfinder I've found. The disciplines are also very close. you can find all the base classes for Path of War on d20pfsrd. Also is it the class your drawn to, or the ability to use the maneuvers? If its just Maneuvers you can pick those up as well as combat feats using the Martial Training feat chain all the way to level 6 maneuvers.

Dreamscarred Press, one of the highest quality 3PP, has created a supplement with 3 base classes, about 10 archetypes, 5 prestige classes, and 10ish disciplines that's fully Pathfinder compatable. It's called "Path of War."
It's very cool and I suggest checking it out if you like Book of Nine Swords.

There are a couple of things you should look to tweak with the Warblade
So it can do alright in pathfinder? We have a rule that with Fighter Exclusive feats you use your BaB -2 as your fighter level.
Yeah, that would probably be fine. The Warblade gimmick is more about being able to change what weapon he's focused in with those feats than access to all of those "wonderful" fighter-only feats.
The Warblade is a very solid class all around, so it won't have too many issues. Swordsage would probably have the most, and the Crusader probably has a few too many dead levels compared to Pathfinder classes.
