Confused about my subscription

I understand there are some shipment delays. Here is what I don't understand:

Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Goblin Plate +1~ (In sidecart)
Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Rise of the Runelords Adventure Deck 6: Spires of Xin-Shalast (In sidecart)
Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Rise of the Runelords Adventure Deck 5: Sins of the Saviors (In sidecart)
Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Horsechopper +1~ (In sidecart)
Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Skull & Shackles Adventure Deck 3: Tempest Rising is scheduled to ship October 2014

That is a list of my upcoming products. It contains Skull and Shackles Adventure deck 3.

If my subscription covers skull and shackles... where is my base game plus the character add on and adventure deck 2?

If it does not cover those things, then why am I getting the 3rd deck?
