Do characters that take the Oracle Dedication gain the "Mystery Benefit" from their choice of mystery?

Example - 2nd Level Bard Human takes Oracle Dedication. For the Mystery they choose Ancestors. Do they get an extra Ancestry Feat? Or they take Battle. Do they get Medium and Heavy Armor Proficiency?

That is a list of my upcoming products. It contains Skull and Shackles Adventure deck 3.

If my subscription covers skull and shackles... where is my base game plus the character add on and adventure deck 2?

If it does not cover those things, then why am I getting the 3rd deck?
