If you are looking at the Example Subscription Shipments page, any duplicate items there are just a display glitch. Another Base Set will not actually be shipping to you. Sorry for any confusion!

Taking a closer look at this. It looks like the Character Add-On Deck was marked as a replacement. Trying to figure out what happened with this one. Did you request a replacement at any point?

Not as far as I remember. I did have to come through the line twice at Gen Con - I was in during early access and you didn't have the add-on decks in yet when I first came through. You got them in a little before 10 so I waited in line a second time and picked up the add-on as well as buying the class decks. Really the only thing I came out of Gen Con not having that I'm supposed to was the Mogmurch promo, which I understand was mailed last week.
I had figured that somehow my account got lumped in with the subscribers whose add-on decks got pushed to September.
Could a flag have gotten tripped somewhere when I first picked up stuff at Gen Con since at that moment the add-on wasn't there? A flag that didn't get un-flipped when I came back later?
