If you're under a dimensional anchor effect or inside a forbiddance or dimensional lock, does the chance of being destroyed increase to 100%?
Or do spells such as dimensional anchor not interfere with artifact-level abilities?
You could rule it either way, since it is an Artifact, but as I read it you would end up immediately dead.
