Problem with order 3276430 - order again not shipped with subscriptions

dear customer service team.

there seems to be an problem with my order checkout for products that should ship with my subscriptions.

I can not change the shipping meethod, there is no link or button for this.
At the end of the order process the system is telling me that the article will ship with my next subscription.
But it does not and it does not show in my sidecard after i place the order.

This is the third order with this problem and this time i am sure that i did not see any button to choose "ship with subscription"
I only get 3 big button on top of the screen: order, payment method, confirmation - nothing abou shipment methods.
On the confirmation screen there is the small text about this order shipping with the next possible subscription order

just a second thought: is it normal that i have to "change" the payment method for every order ? There is never a method pre choosen, but i have only one registered in your system.

Thanks for letting us know about this. It's look like the sidecart may not quite be functioning correctly for some pre-order items. I'm adding your information to the data for what the tech team is looking into. I've refunded the shipping cost of order 3276430 to your account as store credit. Sorry about that!

As for the payment method...based on all of the recent changes, I'm honestly not sure at this point. I'm adding that to the tech team project list to look into and improve options there, if possible.
