Panther Style and Stunning Fist / Punishing Kick

Rules Questions

The rules for Panther Style state that the retaliatory attack must be an "unarmed strike attack". What I'm wondering is whether this is limited to basic attacks. For example, could a Stunning Fist/Punishing Kick be used as a retaliatory strike?

Silver Crusade

Yes, it can.

An Unarmed Strike can be made with many different parts of the body as a Monk. An Unarmed Strike is all you need to use Stunning Fist and Punishing Kick.(although technically(RAW) you can use Stunning Fist and Punishing Kick with Weapons... but I doubt any GM would really go for that(RAI).)

You have to retaliate with an Unarmed Strike. You can substitute out a Trip, Sunder, Disarm, Stunning Fist, Punishing Kick, etc for a regular attack when you do Retaliate.

I thought that was the case. Thanks for the clarification. :)
