Could you check on the status of these orders for me?
None of them are showing in my sidecart.
I know some of the items are pre-ordered, but not all of them.
They were supposed to ship with subscriptions.
I did get the one that were PDFs only and a couple of the PDFs that were PDF/Print.

I have moved any lingering physical products to your sidecart. That should clear a couple of them out of your pending list. Any with print/pdf bundles will display as pending until the physical item is shipped and the bundle is charged for.
It looks like these were all submitted as individual orders, rather than sidecart orders, which is why the physical items were not in the sidecart.
For future reference, for changing shipping options (such as adding to the sidecart), are you taking the following steps?:
From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.
