I have bypassed the problems in our system from our side by moving your starting subscription items from your shopping cart to your Sidecart. This means that the Character Add-On Deck and promo cards will automatically get combined with Deck 2 and its promo card for your September subscription shipment, so those should ship together as one order sometime this month. You should soon get an email confirming that your subscription is active and that those items are in your sidecart.
