Brawlers and non-combat feats

Rules Questions

I'm working on making a first-level brawler character. All the references to feats a brawler can take related to "combat feats." Is there any point (during character creation or afterwards) at which I could take a general feat like Acrobatic, or would I need to multiclass at some point to pick it up?

Your normal Feats may be spent on whatever you wish. No class restricts that.

Your BONUS Feats (at 2nd, 5th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th, and 20th) must be Combat Feats, with the further restriction that they must upgrade the attack or defense of melee combat or some such nonsense.

So the normal feats would be the ones you pick at character creation time, right? Can a brawler gain any general feats after that point?

Yes, you earn feats just for being a leveled character, regardless of class at every odd level (Levels 1, 3, 5, etc.) that can be used to gain any feat you meet the prerequisites for, regardless of Feat Catagory (Team, Combat, Metamagic, etc.) Those are in addition to Bonus Feats earned through your Class levels.
