Cancelling Subscription and Order 3270912

Hello Paizo...powers that be,

I would like to cancel my recent Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Subscription and order 3270912. I placed the order (and subscription) on sunday and I suffered from the "The payment method you selected was declined" issue that others have mentioned. I placed the order again on tuesday but it is now thursday evening and the order is still pending. I can't see any way to cancel these myself and all info seems to suggest posting here is best.

After buying the new 5th edition starter set on tuesday and receiving it today from amazon...I think I would be better off using amazon in the future.
